Mr. Kupferman brings more than 30 years of information technology experience to
Global Software, Inc. He began his career in the information technology
industry with NCR Corporation after serving his country in the United States
Marine Corps and in 1972 formed his own software products business. Kupferman
founded Global Software in 1981 and through acquisition and internal growth
helped it grow into a premier supplier of financial applications and financial
data analytics for the commercial market. Under Kupferman's leadership, Global
Software spun off four businesses and acquired 6 others, including two major
transactions involving Storage Technology Corporation and the Hathaway
Corporation. These transactions provided shareholders with excellent returns on
their investment and allowed Global Software’s integration into the
commercial marketplace in a dominant position.
In addition, to his duties at Global, Mr. Kupferman serves as chairman and CEO
of Mediclick® , Inc. which provides comprehensive, next-generation, materials
management and financial applications designed for the unique supply-chain
needs of both individual acute care facilities and large, complex IDN’s. Mr.
Kupferman also serves as the chairman of Peopleclick, Inc. which provides
enterprise-class workforce management solutions.
Mr. Kupferman holds a BA in accounting from the University of Rhode Island.

Mr. Kupferman joined Global Software, Inc. in 1996, with 15 years in sales,
marketing and business development experience focused on driving revenue growth
in highly competitive markets, Mr. Kupferman has learned to perfect his craft
of building relationships at the 47th Street Diamond Center in New York City.
While working on 47th Street, where 85% of the world's diamonds are traded, Mr.
Kupferman earned top honors as the 47th Street Diamond Center top sales
executive. While at Global he has been responsible for the strategic growth of
revenues and staff by building one of the most quality sales and support forces
in the industry. Mr. Kupferman has become skilled at developing and cultivating
strategic partnerships, while maintaining focus on the customer base and
expanding it by 20%.
Mr. Kupferman received a BS degree in Political Science from North Carolina
State University and holds a graduate degree of gemology from the
Gemological Institute of America.

Spencer joined Global Software, Inc. in 1996 as a Marketing Analyst where he quickly moved his way up through Global’s marketing organization holding positions such as Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing and Director of Client Programs, where he led a third-party product marketing initiative that culminated in the most successful third-party sales and marketing campaign in the company’s storied 30-year history. Mr. Kupferman also has led Global’s award-winning customer service department as well as orchestrated the integration of the company’s Internet support capabilities.
In Spencer’s current role as Vice President, Corporate Affairs he has directed an International brand marketing campaign as well as built a worldwide reseller channel for Global’s strategic financial data analytic suite which has become a recognized sign of Global’s expertise in the financial applications market for BPCS, Infinium, J.D. Edwards, Oracle, SAP and Movex environments. He also serves as the company’s official spokesman. Global’s flagship product, Spreadsheet Server, is a symbol of
its worldwide integration and is used in 39 countries. He has assisted in leading the growth of the Global Data Analytics business by 300% in 2003.
Mr. Kupferman, received his BS degree in Kinesiology from the University of New
Hampshire and holds an MBA with a Concentration in Technology Management from
the University of Phoenix.
He is regularly quoted by one of IBM iSeries industry's foremost publications iseriesnetwork.com who views Spencer as one of the "rising stars in the iSeries vendor world" as well IT Jungle, the top i5/iSeries Internet publication in the industry. In 2003, Spencer was a State of North Carolina nominee for American Marshall Memorial Fellowship, one of the highest honors bestowed to an American citizen.
Spencer also serves on the Board of Advisors (Chairman Emeritus) for N.C. State University’s Entrepreneurship Education Initiative (EEI).

Ms. Kaufman joined Global Software, Inc. in 1993. During this time Ms. Kaufman
has displayed an unrelenting passion for providing premium level customer
support and services. Ms. Kaufman has held a diverse portfolio of positions
while at Global including overseeing application support, technical support,
and quality assurance. In addition, Ms. Kaufman has spearheaded our product
development efforts for the entire suite of Global’s financial applications.
Ms. Kaufman has quietly become one of the best known members of the Global
family throughout the customer base due to her unrivaled expertise on multiple
Global products. Ms. Kaufman also manages the Annual Global Software User Group
Conference and chairs the Global Software Products User Advisory Council.
Prior to joining Global Software, Inc. Ms. Kaufman was a Financial and Community
Service Application Consultant for EDS where she was responsible for
implementing, consulting and supporting various applications.
Ms. Kaufman received her BS in Accounting from Elon University.

| Daniel Havey, Vice President Sales |

Mr. Havey brings 20 years of banking and financial experience to the table for Global
Software, Inc. By championing Global’s push in the banking market for Executive
DASH™ for Bankers, Spreadsheet Server for Jack Henry™ and Budget Manager for Jack
Henry™, Mr. Havey has become ‘the authority’ in the lexicon of the banking software
community.
With a solid background in Finance, Mr. Havey is a former Senior Vice President
of Finance for National Commerce Financial Corporation, where he worked the past
twelve years. In addition, Mr. Havey worked as an accountant for British Petroleum
for several years before joining National Commerce Financial Corporation. Mr. Havey
has a strong background in improving corporate performance, management, analysis,
implementing compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, as well as career experience
in Commercial Banking, Marketing, Core and Channel Banking, and Technology.
Mr. Havey, a CPA, holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois in
Chicago.

Mr. Oakes joined Global Software, Inc. in 1989. During his 18 year tenure, Mr. Oakes has assisted in leading Global’s award winning custom support and services department. Mr. Oakes directs our product development efforts for the entire suite of Global’s financial applications on both the iSeries and Internet-based platforms.
Prior to joining Global Software, Inc. Mr. Oakes was the Manager of Technical Services for GBA Systems. He was responsible for developing software, providing technical solutions, implementing, consulting and supporting various applications.
Mr. Oakes received his BS in Mathematics from Elon University.

| Cal Royall, Director, IT |

Mr. Royall brings more than 35 years of business experience to Global Software,
Inc., including direct sales, retail management, and information technology.
His prior experience in computer operations and programming brought him to
Global in 1982. In his early years at Global, he served in many capacities,
including application programming, technical product support, product
management, systems analysis, and system design. His management tenures include
Product Manager, Manager of R & D, and Product Director.
He began the Classic General Ledger User Advisory Council in 1995, and in 2000
organized the combined Classic User Advisory Council, where he continues to
serve as Global’s chief liaison. From 1998 until 2000, Mr. Royall led Global’s
successful “Year 2000” effort as the Coordinator of Project Y2K. He has served
as the Director of Information Technology for Global Software since 2001.
Mr. Royall, a veteran of the U.S. Army, served in the Veterans Affairs office at
Durham Technical Institute while earning an Associate in Applied Science in
Business Data Processing from that school. He also attended the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he completed the Program for Technical
Managers at the Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Tonya Cannady joins Global Software, Inc. with more than 10 years of sales,
marketing and operational leadership experience.
Prior to joining Global Software, Mrs. Cannady was President of DBBasics, a
regional technology training and consulting firm. During her tenure at
DBBasics, Mrs. Cannady grew the company from a single location providing
technology training to a regional provider of both technology training and
consulting services. After achieving revenue growth from $150,000 to $7.5
million with 35 employees, Mrs. Cannady negotiated and managed the merger of
DBBasics with publicly traded New Horizons, an international training
organization.
Mrs. Cannady holds a BA in Public Policy Analysis from the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Powell joined Global Software, Inc. in 2004 with more than 12 years of experience in aviation, consulting, and software development. His diverse background is derived from his service to his country as a Senior Pilot with the United States Air Force for over 10 years. His software experience has grown over the years including his previous position as part owner of eStudioSoft Inc., a development firm that specialized in database development, web development and web based analytical architecture.
Since joining Global, Mr. Powell has been instrumental in expanding the integration of Global’s flagship Spreadsheet Server product into other software systems. He has also led the development effort to create several new Excel Automation tools, including Executive DASH™.
Mr. Powell holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy.

| Deana Mitchell-Tavolacci, Director, Channel Alliances |

Ms. Mitchell-Tavolacci joined Global Software, Inc. in 2007 with more than a decade of business development, management, and sales and marketing experience in the CRM, SCM, & ERP marketplace. Her experience began with her roles at MCI Telecommunication’s Business Markets Unit, and evolved into a senior sales & marketing role in various manufacturing-specific software companies. Prior to joining Global, Tavolacci had been responsible for the MAPICS, Inc. (now Infor Global Solutions) Certified Partner Program as Director of Partner Management. During her tenure at Infor, Tavolacci enhanced and expanded the partner network, implemented key operational processes, and increased program revenues 200% year-over-year.
